Qualifications
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR
- Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries OR
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- Must meet the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 criteria.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, 2017, and SOE governance frameworks.
- Board Meetings
- Organize and manage Board of Directors (BoD) and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes recording, and decision follow-ups.
- Liaison Role
- Serve as a link between the BoD, management, and stakeholders.
- Record Maintenance
- Maintain statutory records, filings, and corporate documents.
- Corporate Governance Support
- Provide legal and administrative advice on governance issues.

- Guide the BoD on legal and operational compliance matters.
