Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
  • Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Preference: Master’s degree or certifications such as CFA.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years in banking, with 3 years in Credit processing/approval.

Key Skills

• Strong credit risk assessment.
• Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and credit policies.

Responsibilities

• Approve or recommend credit proposals.
