You will work short-term assignments (6 weeks to 3 months) across diverse contexts with over 80% of your time deployed internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and planning across multiple emergency missions
- Manage budgets, accounting, and financial analysis in line with MSF standards
- Coordinate treasury operations, including bank transfers, cash flow, and payments
- Train, supervise, and mentor finance teams in diverse humanitarian contexts
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, donor requirements, and national laws
- Report financial data accurately for both field teams and headquarters
- Contribute to mission planning, collaborating with Emergency Coordinators (EmCo) and Country Management Teams (CMT)
Qualifications and Experience Required
Education & Background
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finance Coordinator (FinCo) in international settings
- Minimum 3 assignments with MSF in finance and accounting roles
- Experience in emergency interventions or finance support at MSF HQ is an asset
Languages
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong financial management and accounting systems knowledge
- Familiarity with Unifield and Wefin (asset)
