Product Manager – RAAST P2P Payments (OG-II/OG-I)

Unit Head – RAAST, Digital Banking & ADC Wing
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements
- Minimum: Graduation from a recognized university (HEC approved).
- Preferred: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Additional Advantage: Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications.
Experience Required
- At least 3 years in product development, preferably in digital products.
- Experience with managing RAAST payment systems is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, payment gateways, and technologies.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong understanding of ADC channels and RAAST/MPG phases.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and processes.
- Expertise in product development life cycles, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development:
- Design customer journeys and user interfaces for RAAST P2P & P2M (including QR payments).
- Risk Management:
- Mitigate technology-related risks and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.
- Collaboration:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, including the compliance team, regulators, and vendors.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and manage SOPs, business processes, and product manuals.
- Provide actionable insights into RAAST financial performance.
- Monitoring and Analysis:
- Extract and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
- Maintain dashboards and MIS for performance tracking.
- Project Management:
- Oversee progress, prepare reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Customer Support:
- Resolve RAAST-related complaints and liaise with call centers and vendors.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform any tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- Contract Type: Three years (renewable at management’s discretion).
