Position: Department Head – Correspondent Banking
Grade: SVP/EVP-1
Location: Karachi
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
- Development and approval of product/service structures through correspondent banking platforms.
- Sourcing trade & guarantee business from Bank and non-Bank clients.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Corporate, CAD, Legal, Trade, Branches) to ensure smooth product delivery and risk management.
- Tracking income, volume, and clientele data to refine strategies.
- Assisting Head of Financial Institutions & Correspondent Banking (FIs & CB) in process improvements and audits.
- Leading marketing and sales campaigns to expand the Correspondent Banking portfolio.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost the correspondent banking portfolio of the bank.
- Driving income growth by referring and generating leads through internal and external stakeholders of the bank.
- Regular submission of reports on progress, marketing, and income to the Head – FIs & CB.
