Prescribed Qualification & Experience
1. Additional Director Administration (EG-07)
- Education: Graduate (14 years) from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
- Experience: At least 12 years in administration, business development, regulations, or management in a public/private organization.
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in service-level agreements, procurement, supply chain, safety & security protocols, and motor transport administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
2. Additional Director Consumer Protection (EG-07)
- Education: Sixteen (16) years of education in Law, Finance, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience:
- At least 12 years post-qualification in a government/semi-government/autonomous/private organization.
- Work experience in the air transport sector is preferred.
- Skills Required:
- Awareness of ICAO documents, National Aviation Policy, PCAA rules, and air transport ANOs.
- Superior presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office.
3. Additional Director National Regulations (Air Transport Operations) (EG-07)
- Education: Sixteen (16) years of education, preferably in Aviation Management.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in Air Traffic Services (preferred).
- At least 5 years in senior managerial roles.
- Skills Required:
- Awareness of ICAO documents and PCAA rules.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
4. Additional Director Economics Oversight (EG-07)
- Education: Sixteen (16) years of education in Finance/Economics from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: At least 12 years post-qualification in relevant fields, preferably in aviation.
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of competition laws and air transport industry economics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and MS Office proficiency.
5. Additional Director Finance (EG-07)
- Education: Qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/FCMA), Chartered Accountant (CA/FCA), or ACCA/FCCA. Alternatively, MBA (Finance) or Master’s in Finance from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in finance, with at least 4 years in a senior management position.
- Preference for candidates with Big 4 articles and aviation industry experience.
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in IFRS, accounting standards, financial analysis, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
- Strong interpersonal and change management skills.
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: Rs. 479,370 per month (negotiable) with a 5% annual increment.
- Contract: Three (03) years, extendable.
- Quota: Merit-based.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (inclusive of all relaxations).
