1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Qualification:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
- Experience:
- At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) with total assets of 5 billion rupees or more.
- Skills:
- Broad knowledge of finance, investment, and treasury operations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Age Limit:
- Maximum: 62 years.
2. Company Secretary
- Qualification:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, OR
- Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries, OR
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Age Limit:
- Maximum: 62 years.
